Delivery and Returns

The line between disorder and order lies in logistics


Your purchase will be handled very carefully, wrapped and boxed to ensure a first class service. A reputable courier company will handle delivery, usually within 1-3 weeks depending upon the item, unless we offer a faster delivery option. We will advise of a delivery date as soon as we can, and work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Returns and Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes and for whatever reason, you may wish to return the product. Consumer Contract Regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been custom made to your specification or if you have not examined the product in one of our showrooms. If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your order by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.
After letting us know, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Your refund will be forwarded to you within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note that you will be liable for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods. Please also note that you must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must show proof of purchase. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.

Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of them whilst in your possession and whilst in return transit. You are the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. If any goods are lost or damaged in return transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not refund the amount attributable to) such loss or damage.
