Delivery and Returns

Your purchase will be handled very carefully, wrapped in bubble-wrap and boxed to ensure a first class service. A reputable courier company will handle delivery, usually within 1-3 weeks depending upon the item. We will advise of a delivery date as soon as we can, and work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. We make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes and for whatever reason, you may wish to return the product.
We offer a 14 day return guarantee (starting the day after receiving your goods) in which you can inform us if you would like to return your purchase for a full refund. After letting us know, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Your refund will be forwarded to you within 30 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that you will be liable for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods.
