We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Gold And Grey UK Ltd you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Gold And Grey UK Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Gold And Grey UK Ltd or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Gold And Grey UK Ltd is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 8 – DELIVERY
Delivery will be made by our carriers to the address supplied by you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of standard orders to UK addresses. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated time, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders containing multiple products may be delivered separately.
Any changes made to the content of your order may be made at any time prior to your estimated delivery date. Any such changes may have an impact on your delivery date. We may therefore be unable to deliver your goods on your confirmed delivery date should changes occur and if so, a new delivery date will be given.
If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your order on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries.
If we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries.
If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.
Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery or re-scheduling of delivery. Our carriers have a duty to deliver goods to the door of the address given to us at the time of order. Any handling thereafter is the responsibility of the customer.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL – Distance Selling Regulations (2000)
Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you have a cooling-off period of 7 working days. The cooling-off period commences the day after the delivery of the goods and the period ends 7 working days later. Our policy is to extend this to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for our standard products.
Should you change your mind in the cooling off period, you must inform the company in writing before the end of the 14th working day following delivery. You are responsible for the safe storage of the goods whilst in your care and the cost of returning goods to us. If you decide not to keep the product, it must be returned without damages, and without any use or tampering with the original packaging otherwise the goods will not be accepted and a refund not permitted. Please note that you will be liable for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods. When the goods have been fully inspected after their return, we will refund the price which will be paid within 30 days of the goods having been returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must show proof of purchase. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Subject to your statutory rights, products that are made or altered specifically for you, or where an item has been produced to a bespoke design or a precise customer specification, may not be returned under any circumstances unless defective or has been accidentally damaged in the course of delivery. All claims for damage must be notified within 7 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
9.1 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
9.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9.3 Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
9.4 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email, with as much supporting information as possible, to Shop@GoldAndGrey.uk and if an exchange is agreed we will ask you to send your item to: Design Studio, 4 Aziz Court, Parkhill, Larkwhistle farm Road, West Stratton, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 3QX, United Kingdom.
9.5 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
9.6 Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Design Studio, 4 Aziz Court, Parkhill, Larkwhistle Farm Road, West Stratton, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 3QX, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
