Select the style of Blind you need

We can create any type of Blind you may require. Below are brief descriptions of some of our most popular Blind types, just hover over them to see an example.

Eyelet Curtains

Eyelet curtains are very popular and achieve a casually contemporary effect stacking tidily when open. They offer an easy way to hang your own curtains. We recommend 2x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Pencil Pleat

The pencil pleat is a simple and relaxed design suited to more casual spaces. The curtains are hung and when pulled create a simple gathered pleated top. We recommend 2.5x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Box Pleats

Box pleats, or inverted pinch pleats, create a flat effect across the face of the curtain, which then folds forward when the curtains are drawn back. We recommend 2.5x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Pinch Pleats

Pinch pleats are available as single, double or triple pinches. They create an elegant appearance and allow the curtains to stand beautifully when drawn back. We recommend 2-2.5 x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Goblet Pleats

This pleat is especially suitable for curtains with a long drop. It is luxurious and formal, and a stylish option for country homes and period houses. We recommend 2x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Tab Tops

Tab top curtains use fabric to wrap around the pole, removing the need for curtain rings. A relaxed option, these are suited to curtains that don't need to be drawn back. We recommend 2x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Wave Top

Wave headers give a look that is elegant and contemporary and are used in conjunction with curtain tracks. They work especially well on larger  windows. We recommend 2-2.5x the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Cartridge Pleat

This pleat creates a contemporary look. The pleat can sit flat for a very thin stack when drawn back, or be lightly padded to appear more wave like. We recommend 2-2.5 times the width of the fabric to provide the required fullness for this type of curtain.

Choose your lining

Beautiful curtains need to be properly lined. We offer all types of lining in a range of colours to suit your needs. Our lining options include:

Satin Lining

Our standard lining adds structure, is soft and easy to care for, and has a level of crease resistance. It comes with standard and double width options, is available in three weights, and has four finishes, ensuring you can find the right lining for your finish

Interlining

Interlining adds a luxurious feel to your curtains by adding body to them. Its useful for cutting out sound, some light and the draughts that are often present around windows and doors (especially in an older property). When you have silk curtains, we always advise the use of interlining.

Blackout Lining

Blackout linings are very good at cutting out light and controlling temperature. They are most often used for bedroom curtains but not exclusively so. They can help keep a room warm in winter and, by deflecting heat, cool in summer. Blackout lining also adds some bleaching protection to your curtain fabric by blocking the sun. All in all a great way to extend the life of your curtains, managing room temperature and aiding a wonderful night's sleep.

Coloured Lining

A truly luxurious look. Why not go that little bit further and add a coloured lining to enhance your curtains. We can offer a range of coloured linings that will complement or can provide a contrast to your fabric.

Choose your fabric

We offer a wide range of high quality fabrics that not only give you style and luxury but also function. We have over 40 brands available and literally thousands of fabrics and styles to choose from. It can sometimes feel overwhelming when faced with a wall of fabric books, but don’t worry as we will happily help and guide you to the fabric of your choice.

As part of our consultation we will work with you to understand what you want from your curtains, the style you are looking for, and the budget you are thinking of, and will show you beautiful fabrics that match your requirements.

We can provide FREE swatches for you to try at home and will be on hand to ensure your curtains are just right.
